|~Stewardship Portal Coordinator||A successful parish requires the intentional stewardship of its members. We are looking for a service-oriented individual who sees the value of an organized process and easy-to-use product. The Stewardship Portal Coordinator will work with Portal designers and the stewardship committee to make volunteering at St Sebastian seamless.||View|
|Adult Volunteer - Assured||Volunteers of this type are needed to help with many tasks at School and in the Parish. Some of these include: ** Lunch Bunch Volunteers ** Chess Club/Team volunteers ** Mileage Club Volunteers ** Classroom helpers **Athletic Coaches|
|Auction Night Volunteer||We need volunteers to help with Seb's largest friend and fund raiser of the year! Help needed to help sell 50-50 raffle and $500 cash raffle tickets, registration table, item runners, paddle raise spotters, wine pull, set up, clean up and more!. Sign up for your choice of spots on the Calendar or contact the Auction Volunteer Coordinator to help!|
|Auction Planning Committee Volunteer||Many hands are needed to help make Sebs biggest fund raiser of the year a success. General committee members are needed along with various subcommittee chairs such as PR, donation acquisition, donation database coordination, volunteer coordination and more. Participation in regular meetings in the months before the October event is required.|
|Catechist K4 to Grade 6||Sharing in the mission work of the church by walking in faith and sharing the faith. Teaching the Good News with the elementary school age children and building community with their families||View|
|Catechist Youth Ministry 7th to 10th grade||Sharing in the mission work of the church by walking in faith and sharing the faith. Teaching the Good News with the middle and high school youth and building community with their families.||View|
|Faith Formation - Sunday Evening Meal Volunteers||Please help us to provide a simple meal for our Middle School and High School Faith Formation students and teachers. There are about 45 students and teachers in all, so please plan to bring a main or side dish to serve 20-25 or enough desserts. for the whole group. Due to allergies, we ask that you not bring items made with nuts.|
|Fish Fry Adult Volunteer||There are many opportunities for Adults to assist with Fish Fry! Details can be found in the opportunity on the calendar. |Fish Fry Adult Volunteers: Child Care Coordinator and Fry Kid Coordinator||CHILD CARE COORDINATOR: supervise young children in a quiet area for duration of dinner shift. • FRY KID COORDINATOR: ensure the 23 Fry Kids are in place for each fish fry are oriented, get them fed, and assign servers appropriately. Keep children motivated, on task, and ensure they are providing great service to our guests. These positions require Safeguarding God's Children training.|

|Fry Kid: Fish Fry Youth Volunteer (Middle School & Younger)||FRY KID SERVER (grades 5 thru 8): serve food to our patrons with great customer service • FRY KID CHILD CARE ASSISTANT (grades 6-8 students): assist with Child Care during Fish Fry • FRY KID ELEVATOR-HALLWAY MONITOR (grades 7 & 8): staff hallway and elevator to help the elderly and patrons with special needs. • FRY KID SERVER SHADOW (grades 5 thru 8): assist Servers and get trained to be a server. • FRY KID BUSSER-SETTER (grades 4 & 5) bussers handle foods and deal with messes.|
|General Adult Volunteer||The Adult Volunteer (18 years old & above) is willing to help wherever needed to make the Seb's event a success. This position covers many various roles (Winter Farmer Market, etc.) so it is important the volunteer reads the description of the opportunity they are signing up for.|
|General High School Volunteer||For high school students under age 18 only. This high school volunteer is willing to help wherever needed to make the Seb's event a success. This position covers many various roles (Winter Farmer's Market, etc.) so it is important the volunteer reads the description of the opportunity they are signing up for.|
|General Youth Volunteer||For youth in in 8th grade or younger. This youth volunteer is willing to help wherever needed to make the Seb's event a success. This position covers many various roles (i.e. Winter Farmer's Market, etc.) so it is important the volunteer reads the description of the opportunity they are signing up for.|
|Mass Cantor||The Cantor is an adult or high school student who leads the assembly in sung prayer at Mass on Sunday. This person is a person of prayer and someone with either a trained voice or substantial experience singing in public. Cantors must audition with Mike Kamenski as part of their application.|
|Mileage Club Volunteer *||Help supervise the kids walking/running in Mileage Club.|
|Morning Drop Off Attendant||Keep kids safe getting from cars into school. Manage drop off traffic flow.||View|
|Oil of Gladness Ministry||Monthly, the wood of our Altar, Ambo, Credence tables, and Baptismal Font need to be polished with lemon oil to keep the wood protected. We are in need of two volunteers for each of the following months of 2016: September, October, or December. We also need volunteers for the month of April 2017. Lemon oil, buffing cloths, and training are provided. This job takes an hour of your time. To help Sebastian Church glisten, please call Julia Galligan at 453.1061 for more information.|
|Selfless Saturday Student Volunteer||Could you offer one hour to help clean a cupboard or drawer in the Church Hall Kitchen on Saturday, September 12th? Event will occur from 9 AM - Noon. A clean kitchen will benefit our Parish. For 7th and 8th grade students. You will receive service hours for your help!||View|
|St. Sebastian Girl Scout Coordinator||This position is for an individual who does not have their own Girl Scout troop but is committed to helping the leaders of the St. Sebastian girl scouts run an effective, coordinated program. |Weeder||Our flower gardens are full and beautiful. Now is the time to weed and maintain what we have. Please contact Del Slowik at 414-526-0519 or firstname.lastname@example.org to get on our weeding and watering schedule - even if you have limited availability. The ultimate goal is to develop a "Garden Club" to assist in planning and maintenance of our gardens, to develop a sustainability plan, and to assist our parish in its environmental/green vision with the sharing of wisdom and perennials.||View|
